Atomic Form seeks a motivated, results driven Technical Product Manager to join us in building our NFT provenance platform. You will be responsible for working across many stakeholders (internally and externally) as we conceive, validate, design, architect, and create this end-to-end solution for our customers.
You must be up-to-date with web3 technologies and trends, have excellent research and communication skills, and be able to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Our ideal candidate for this role has prior experience being embedded within a product software team. In addition, being up-to-date with (and a power user of) web3 technologies and trends is a huge plus.
Research skills for analyzing market trends, competitor products and user-product interactions.
Knowledge of how to design and execute product roadmaps.
Expertise in a company’s product features and components.
Ability to connect North Star through to next actions, and everything in between.
Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.
Understand product specifications and user psychology, predicting what might work for both.
Communicate with all teams through all channels (e.g. Zoom, Discord, GitHub, etc) both remote and IRL.
Perform end-user facing QA on all features being delivered.
Collaboration with dev, design, sales, and marketing on an ongoing (often daily) basis.
No college degree required, but equivalent knowledge & experience is a must.
Background in software development, engineering or another technical field.
Understanding of the product development process
Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Previous experience in building & running a product team embedded with design & dev.
Keeping apprised of web3 best practices, tools, and trends is a must. It’s not just your job, but a passion that keeps you up at night.
Knowledge of industry standard tools at different places in the stack (analytics, QA, etc).
Resourcefulness. The industry moves fast. Often, you lack the map you must create.
Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges.
Extraordinary communication skills and strong attention to detail.
